Our certification process is easy and seamless to follow

  1. Application Review – Once ESI will review and accept your application for ISO 41001, the Stage 1 Audit dates will be set (along with your team) to review your documents
  2. Stage 1 Audit – This audit is mainly for Documentation Review; where our auditors will assess and verify your FMS documentation to ensure they are prepared effectively in accordance with the ISO 41001 (FMS) standard requirements. If the documents under observation are in order, then we move to Stage 2 Audit
  3. Stage 2 Audit – ESI auditors will visit your office premises and conduct the external audit to ensure that the documentation reviewed and verified in Stage 1 Audit are actually being implemented effectively within your organization
  4. Certification – After successful completion of Stage 2 Audit, ESI auditors will submit their findings and report to the Audit Manager who will verify the effectiveness and compliance to the FMS Standard and finally ESI will grant your organization with the ISO 41001 Certification

ISO 41001 Audit

Every organization has to get themselves audited by an independent auditing body before they can apply for ISO Certification in Management Systems. Hence, we do 3rd Party Audits for organizations to compare and verify their Management System against the requirements of the Facility Management System Standard.

ISO 41001:2018 is the latest version.

Upon submission of the application for getting certified, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive the ISO 41001 certification based on the size of the company and complexity of the company’s activities.

The cost of getting certified in ISO 41001 will vary depending on the size and complexity of your organization and on whether you already have some elements of an facility management system (FMS) in place.
